Have you ever thought about how often our bare feet touch the ground? Most very rarely do.
The technique is called “Grounding” and it involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth. Walking barefoot is the most common.
Studies reveal that after earthing therapy, pain, stress, depression, and fatigue were all reduced among participants.
Try walking barefoot in the sand, grass or even blacktop, lying down also works wonders to help relieve anxiety, depression and it’s always a good idea to connect with Mother Earth.
