Project Love Apparel uses 3rd party banking to verify payment after purchase. it is in our best interest to make sure you receive a seamless and secure transaction. Your privacy is of the highest importance to us.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Currently we are only shipping orders in the USA.

 

 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

 

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Project love@projectloveapparel.com and include your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

WHAT IS PROJECT LOVE APPAREL'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept returns 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding sale items. Any merchandise considered "worn" will not be refunded. 

You're complete satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns 30 days from the date of purchase. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your request. When your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a notification that your refund was processed back to your original method of payment. ​Depending on your bank, a refund back to your original method of payment may take approximately 5-7 business days to post to your account.

CAN I EXCHANGE AND ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?

 

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
