Tips for a good nights sleep

Sleep. It’s so important!

If you are experiencing many sleepless nights due to stress or anxiety the following can help:

No caffeine after 2pm.

Try a melatonin natural supplement.

No electronics 2 hours before bed.

Try meditation or prayer before sleep.

Think of everything you are grateful for before you sleep.

Do not eat late in the evening.

Take a hot shower before bed.

It’s extremely important for all of us to get a full nights sleep every night so that we can operate in full capacity during the day.

You will be more calm, alert, and focused after a good nights sleep. It also helps with your physical health too and weight management.

Make a routine and set up your bedroom and evening ritual for a good night sleep ahead. It is truly that important. 🖤
